The Search feature locates patients/cases by searching within the Case Notes repository using search criteria that is configured to exactly meet the requirements of each department or organisation. Patient searches can also be from external services, leading to better shared care and data quality.

Search

Depending on the system requirement, a patient can be registered on the local index, with or without an external service number. The Soundex Search allows for similar-sounding names. Personal Lists also allow the user to rapidly search and manage their own list of patients.
