Clinical Overlays
In-Tray
Case Notes' In-Tray is a secure clinical version of standard e-mail, allowing users to push information for the attention of other Case Notes users, and share information within and across care settings and agencies. It gives targeted clinicians and GP practices immediate access to specific documents and clinical information in the patient record. It works automatically in care processes - such as referral - and includes team members who need information about each patient. Clinicians may view patient specific documents such as laboratory reports and discharge letters just minutes, rather than days, after the documents have been issued.
In-Tray provides a cross-patient view for clinical users, yet the items appearing in the In-Tray remain secure in the patient's own record, and subject to strict Access Control.
