Screening
Case Notes Screening package is proven across multiple Primary Care Trusts, with single instance and common data models. The Smart Forms module and other Case Notes tools are configured to provide a complete environment to record, manage and analyse screening information and to deal with follow-on tasks. The Screening package can also be configured to meet local requirements and use-cases.
Screening programmes commonly require integration to clinical IT systems including data collected from analysers. Case Notes’ powerful Import service and integration capabilities enable simple and straightforward integration and support. Screening programmes also require integration with national services such as CIS and the NHS Care Records Service or ‘Spine’, for patient demographics and user access control. Case Notes Screening package is fully Spine compliant and can also continue to work even when the Spine is not available.
